Visitors

When will the Fair take place?
The Fair is organized every two years, and its 15th edition will take place on September 24-26, 2019.

What are the opening hours?
Every day, from 1 PM to 9 PM.

Is the entry free?
Yes, entry is free for professionals of the industry. However, the entry of children under 18 years old is prohibited, even if accompanying parents and / or guardians.

How can I register?
To make your entry easier, register in advance via the Fair’s website.

To pick up your entry badge on the first day of the event, go to the registration area. There will be exclusive ticket booths for visitors who have registered online. Don’t forget to present the proof of registration with your business card and a photo ID.

If you want to register upon arrival, there will also be registration booths. Just provide your email and, if necessary, present a business card of the company you work for.

Is there any age limit to attend the Fair?
Yes. Since this is a business event restricted to professionals of the industry, visitors under 18 are not allowed, even if accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Do I earn a certificate for visiting the Fair?
We don’t issue any certificate other than the entry badges used by the visitors in the Fair.

Which attractions can I find at the Fair?
- Knowledge and Innovation Circuit (Circuito de Conhecimento e Inovação):
The Circuit will present content, trends, and the latest innovations in analytical chemistry and its different applications. It’s composed of:

- II Simpósio de Inovação Analítica: organized by the Brazilian Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Symposium will address current topics of the industry, such as innovation, review of methodologies, and legislation.

Do I have to pay for these attractions?
Only Analitica Congress is paid.

Other information:
- Entry of visitors wearing shorts and/or flip-flops is forbidden.
- Your entry badge is personal and non-transferrable.
- Students of the industry can visit the Fair on its last day (September 26).

Where do I start planning my booth project?
NürnbergMesse Services is the department responsible for making it easier for your company to participate in the event. They take care of your whole booth project, from design to installation on the event date, and also offer services such as security, data collector, receptionist, and catering. We have received several calls and emails from our exhibitors and partners warning us about national and international companies that are using the name NürnbergMesse Brasil or acronyms similar to NMB (an acronym that is used in many of our communications) to sell their services and/or products.

NürnbergMesse Brasil’s policy states that no company is allowed to promote its products and/or services using its name or the name of any of its products. Whenever we recommend any service and/or product, we’ll do so via an official communication of the company, which will be sent by NürnbergMesse Brasil itself.

Please pay special attention to promotion offers in catalogues and international guides. We also warn you that former employees are not allowed to intermediate any business between NMB and its customers and partners.

Schenker Deutschland AG has agents all over the world and can provide door-to-door services. Contact Schenker in advance if you’re planning on shipping any goods to the exhibition. Please bear in mind that Brazilian customs authorities are very strict and demanding.

Some types of goods need an import license before shipping, that’s why it’s extremely important to contact Schenker Deutschland AG IN ADVANCE.

You can ship equipment and machinery under “Temporary Admission Rules” without paying import fee. After the Fair, equipment under “temporary admission” must be sent back to the country of origin, sent to another country or nationalized if sold during the Fair.

Marketing material, giveaways, brochures and catalogues for free distribution must be shipped as import duties on permanent shipping, and the import fees must be duly paid.

To avoid any customs issues, the cargo must not be shipped before verification and prior approval by Schenker Deutschland AG.

The documentation and procedures for air and sea shipping are sent as soon as the shipping of materials to the exhibition is confirmed.
